You have funding allocated.
Now what?

Many families with NDIS plans face the same challenge: knowing how to spend their budget in a way that actually moves the needle.

Whether you’re an NDIS participant, a parent planning your child’s therapy pathway, or supporting someone through their disability journey, we’re here to help you make every dollar count towards real, visible improvement in movement and function.

NDIS Participants: Maximising Your Funding

Here’s what we’ve seen happen consistently: NDIS participants who structure their therapy around intensive periods create faster, more sustainable gains than those spreading sessions thinly across a year. Your plan is designed to support long-term outcomes, and intensive therapy is one of the most effective ways to activate your brain’s natural ability to improve.

The funding challenge is real. Across Australia, many NDIS participants don’t spend their full allocation within the calendar year. That creates two problems: you miss the opportunity for breakthrough progress, and it can impact your future funding levels.

The solution is strategic investment. Intensive therapy allows you to concentrate your funding into a focused period of work—think of it like intensive athletic training. When your brain gets the concentrated work it needs, remarkable improvements in movement and function become possible. You see real change, not just activity hours.

Faster, more visible progress. Weekly sessions help maintain function, but they don’t provide the intensity your brain requires for breakthrough change. Our 3-week intensive programmes create measurable improvements that make every funding dollar count.

Efficient budget management. Concentrate your funding into a focused period rather than spreading it thinly. You’ll see progress quickly and know your money created real outcomes.

Sustainable gains. After intensive work, you can transition to maintenance sessions that build on what you’ve achieved. Your gains stick because your brain has developed new pathways—not just practised old ones.

Accredited provider. We’re registered as an NDIS provider across our locations. The process is straightforward, and we’ll support you through it.

Funding Options: How to Access Our Services

NDIS Participants

Your plan is designed to support therapies that improve your long-term outcomes. We're an accredited NDIS provider, which means your funding can be used directly with us.

What to do:

  1. Check your NDIS plan to confirm you have funding allocated for allied health or therapy services
  2. Contact us to discuss how intensive therapy fits your goals
  3. We'll work with you through the registration and planning process
  4. Your intensive therapy programme can be funded through your plan

We can provide you with a receipt for funding tracking and participant reports.

Our therapists are registered providers with Medicare Australia. If you have eligibility through a scheme like Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) or similar, you can access Medicare-funded sessions.

What to do: Speak to your General Practitioner (GP) about your eligibility and appropriate plans. We can provide receipts for rebates, and your GP can provide the necessary referral.

If your child is under 6 years old and has developmental delay, Better Start funding can be used to support intensive therapy. This programme invests early in children's development (precisely when your brain's capacity for change is greatest).

Our therapists are registered providers with most leading private health insurance companies. If you have appropriate coverage, you can use your private health benefits for both intensive and regular therapy sessions.

Not all families have access to NDIS, Medicare, or insurance funding, and that's okay. We offer self-funded therapy options because we believe every family deserves access to approaches that actually work hard enough to create real change.
